This blog is focused on issues relating to adults with post-club feet. It has links and articles and surveys to help adults with post-club feet get the answers they've long been denied. We will not shy away from controversy, and may in fact get some dander up - so be it. There may be occasions for humor, and art. We do need these things, do we not?

Funny thing,I never really thought about until reading this, I have never dreamed of having standard issue feet. But for decades I used to dream about having no teeth. I'd wake up all freaked out while running my tongue over my gums and then as I'd awaken I'd realize it was just a dream. After years of having the dream I finally figured out why I had it. I use my teeth to compensate on tasks that my limited manual dexterity makes impossible. Once I realized that losing my teeth would also result in less independence the dream went away. I haven't had one like it since. The mind is an incredible thing! :)
ReplyDeleteMy dreams always involve me running across really green hilly landscapes. I love the feeling of the wind in my hair...then I wake up :(
